The One Solution policy has a standard extension indemnifying you for the errors and omissions of self-employed sub-contractors (associates).

Employers Liability
Insurance protection for your legal liabilities in respect of damages and costs following injury to employees.
Businesses have a statutory requirement to have Employers Liability Insurance to comply with the Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations. The definition of an employee, under the regulations, is extremely wide and is not restricted to employees under a contract of service. The definition of employee under the One Solution policy automatically extends to include any labour-only sub-contractor or associate.
